One of the outstanding features of Vaisala Sigmet products is extensive, concise documentation. IRIS™ systems feature complete online documentation for both software and hardware products. Our complete manual sets are available for download in Adobe PDF format. Printed and bound versions of the documentation are also available on request.

The following customer support services are also available:

• Vaisala Sigmet's IRIS™ Software Patches are often available to supply bug fixes and new features in between the "official" releases.
• Operating System Patches may be required for proper operation of IRIS™ (and other software) on your particular computer.
• If you need to electronically submit data or test cases for us to examine, please follow these Instructions for sending data files to us.
• As new products are developed, we must retire some of the old. List of retired and end-of-life products may help in planning for the future.
